This might be for you if:
You are a new brand looking to launch your business and identity
You are an established business that:
Can't envision the process?
Phase One
We’ll start by getting to know your brand inside and out. You’ll complete a client questionnaire and we’ll have a virtual strategy session to talk about your business in more detail. I’ll then pull together a strategy document defining your brand’s mission, values, positioning, audience, personality, and voice, which will serve as our strategic framework moving forward.
Phase Two
With our strategy defined, it’s time to start thinking about the general look and feel of your brand identity. In the creative direction phase, I’ll compile visual inspiration (think: colors, fonts, icons, photography, etc) and present you with two (2) unique mood board options. The selected mood board will serve as a reference point as we kick off actual design.
Phase Three
The official design process is now underway! With our strategy and mood board in mind, I will begin developing your visual identity. This includes various iterations of your logo, a color palette, typography styles, and more. You’ll be presented with one (1) visual identity concept. From here, I’ll gather your feedback and we’ll kick off revision rounds (as necessary).
Phase Four
Once you give final approval, I can begin packaging up all the elements and assets that make up your visual identity. I’ll provide these final deliverables to you alongside PDFs of your brand guidelines.
Hooray! We’re done. Your branding journey is complete and you can now launch your new visual identity!
Client approval is required before starting a new phase. One (1) round of revision is built into both the Strategy and Creative Direction phases. Three (3) rounds of revision are built into the Design phase.

You are comfortable ordering your own printed materials and/or implementing digital assets after final files are delivered.
Unfortunately, no. A brand is more than a logo, and I firmly believe I would be doing you a disservice if I only provided you a single logo. For this reason, I only offer comprehensive identity design packages to clients interested in branding work. To learn more about what is included in the Full, Lite or Economy Identity Design package, start an inquiry.
The strategy phase ensures that we are moving in the right direction when actual design begins. During the strategy phase, we will focus on discovering the heart and soul of your brand: Who you are, what you offer, what differentiates you from competitors, and who your ideal client is. Establishing your brand’s mission, voice, and personality helps us kick off the design phase with a strong foundation that supports your business’s goals. This in turn makes the design phase more streamlined because we are setting a core strategy upfront.
This phase is less extensive in my Lite and Economy Identity Design Packages, with fewer final deliverables. To see the differences in packages and how this impacts cost, start an inquiry.
For more about what to expect when booking identity design services, check out my process overview.
Start an inquiry to see my package pricing. If you do not see a package that exactly meets your needs, we can discuss your project in more detail and I will provide you with a custom quote. (Please keep in mind that projects with unique business goals, larger scopes of work, and/or tight timelines may require larger investments.)
I will invoice you via my secure online portal, where you can enter bank or credit card information. (Please note that a small transaction fee may be applied.) If preferred, I also accept payment by check.
A 50% deposit is required to lock in my services and officially kick off the project. The remaining 50% is due upon final project approval.
Branding and identity design takes roughly 4-6 weeks from booking to final delivery if feedback is provided on time and there are minimal revisions. If the scope of the project requires uniquely challenging design work and/or if the revision requests are substantial each round, the project duration will increase. Smaller graphic design projects can typically be completed in 2-4 weeks. Book launch packages need at least 3 months lead time.
